How do we protect people under 21 years of age?
We seek to restrict people under 21 years of age (minors) from using the alcohol related portions of our Site. We have inserted an age limit gate at the entrance of our Site. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the minor’s account. All our shipments that contain alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker on them. The common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery.
